Overview of Our Camping Facilities
Choose from hardstanding or grassy pitches with optional electric hook-up. Facilities are functional and maintained with sustainability in mind.
Limited Pitches
We maintain a strict limit of five vans or motorhomes and two tents, ensuring a quiet, intimate atmosphere. This small scale supports peaceful stays and nurtures a respectful community among mature campers.
Essential Facilities
Functional and sustainably designed, the facilities include an unheated kitchenette with essential appliances and two showers and washrooms built from repurposed materials, all cleaned and maintained to high standards for your comfort.
The facilities are accessed through the farmyard, which can get muddy so suitable foot ware is required.
I walk my 2 milking cows through the yard. Sometimes they leave unwanted gifts as they pass.
Dog Friendly
To ensure safety and maintain farm operations, dogs are welcome but limited to two per pitch. They must be kept on a lead and supervised at all times, respecting other guests and local fauna.
There are lots of walks nearby, but there is currently no designated dog walking area on the farm.
Scenic Location
Our campsite is situated on the Hartland Peninsula, offering stunning views of moorland, wooded valleys, and rolling pastures. Numerous nearby walks provide opportunities to explore rare wildlife and dramatic South West Coastal Path.
The quaint village of Clovelly with its cobbled streets is nearby.
The historic Hartland Abbey and St Nectan's Church are just down the road on the way towards the stunning Hartland Quay with its inspiring rock formations and beautiful coastline.
Docton Mill Gardens, Clovelly Court Gardens and RHS Rosemoor are a must for keen gardeners.
Nearby beautiful beaches include Speke's Mill Mouth with its dramatic waterfall, Bucks Mills, Welcome Mouth and Sandymouth.
